Esta deducci\u00f3n est\u00e1 regulada en el Decreto Legislativo 1\/2018, de 19 de junio, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de las disposiciones dictadas por la Comunidad Aut\u00f3noma de Andaluc\u00eda en materia de tributos cedidos por el Estado.<\/p><!-- \/wp:post-content --><!-- wp:paragraph --><p>La deducci\u00f3n por vivienda habitual no protegida en Andaluc\u00eda consiste en una reducci\u00f3n en la cuota \u00edntegra auton\u00f3mica del IRPF, que puede alcanzar hasta el 7,5% de las cantidades invertidas en la adquisici\u00f3n o construcci\u00f3n de la vivienda, con un l\u00edmite m\u00e1ximo de 9.000 euros anuales.
