Estas rentas se consideran como un rendimiento del capital inmobiliario y deben incluirse en la declaraci\u00f3n del Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas F\u00edsicas (IRPF).<\/p><!-- \/wp:post-content --><!-- wp:paragraph --><p>El importe de las rentas inmobiliarias imputadas se calcula aplicando un porcentaje al valor catastral del inmueble, que var\u00eda en funci\u00f3n del a\u00f1o en que se adquiri\u00f3 la vivienda. En el caso de adquisiciones posteriores al 1 de enero de 1994, el porcentaje es del 2%.
