Penitenciario y Carcelario (INPEC). <strong>VISITEL<\/strong>\u00a0es el servicio oficial para Solicitud de Cita en todas las <a href=\"https:\/\/www.renovarpapeles.com\/situacion-actual-de-las-carceles-en-colombia\/\"><strong>C\u00e1rceles de Colombia<\/strong><\/a> gestionadas por <strong>INPEC<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Aquellos familiares de presos y reclusos que deseen Pedir Cita para Visitar a los presos deber\u00e1n utilizar el nuevo servicio <strong>VISITEL<\/strong> que el <strong>INPEC<\/strong> pone a disposici\u00f3n class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Siga los siguientes paso para acceder a la cita previa <strong>VISITEL<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Deber\u00e1 acceder al sitio web de INPEC <strong>www.inpec.gov.co<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Acceder al sistema de Visitel a trav\u00e9s del icono que aparece en la parte inferior izquierda.<\/li>\n<li>Acceder al Sistema de asignaci\u00f3n de citas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>ACTUALIZACI\u00d3N:\u00a0Nueva ruta de acceso para solicitud de turnos de visita v\u00eda Internet http:\/\/201.217.206.17:8080\/Mat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Una vez accedemos al sistema el navegador nos llevar\u00e1 a la URL<strong> http:\/\/190.24.138.116\/visitel\/index.php<\/strong> donde podremos tramitar la solicitud de cita y nos aparecer\u00e1 en pantalla \u00danico del Interno<\/li>\n<li>C\u00f3digo de Seguridad<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Una vez identificado el Interno y el Visitante hacemos click en Solicitar turno y nos ser\u00e1 asignado fecha y hora para
