We are having problems using the website. We are in need of a Certificate of Death/Certificado de Funcion for my father who passed away in Puerto Rico on November 22, 1983. Is it possible to call your office and get assistance with obtaining a Certificado de Funcion? Can you provide us with a telephone for the department/office that can help us with this? Also, once we get the certificate is it possible to have it send to an attorney/abogado in Puerto Rico who is working on our behalf?
